Choosing a network marketing company?

What should you look for when choosing a network marketing company? With so many home based LM opportunities available, how do you go about choosing a network marketing company that is right for you?

First on the list is integrity. Does the company stand behind their products without making outrageous claims or exaggerations?

Is the company Distributor Driven? Does it make decisions with the representative in mind or just the company?

Products and services-is this a product or service that you yourself use and enjoy.

Does the company, team or sponsor have a business system in place that you can immediately duplicate in your own network marketing business?

Is management experienced in the MLM network marketing business?

And finally when choosing a network marketing company, you must understand the compensation plan. Compensation plans vary from company to company.

 There are some plans that pay out from 60 to over 100 percent. These are LM scams with grossly overpriced products and should be avoided. Most compensation plans fall into the following categories:

* Binary-first level to two with infinite depth.

* Breakaway-unlimited first level width with a finite depth 10 levels deep. This is the oldest and most traditional plan. It allows distributors to recruit and be paid on an
unlimited number of front-end associates. Then when leaders emerge and meet requirements, they break away from their upline and form their own organization. Leaders are paid a commission on unlimited levels generated by everyone in their circle and upon the number of breakaway leaders on their frontline.

* Matrix-First level width between 2 & 7 and usually 5 to 50 levels deep.

* Unilateral-unlimited first level width with a depth of 5 to 10 levels.
